This eight-storey redevelopment of Tennis HQ Australia constructed in 2016, was apart of the Victorian Government's Melbourne Park precinct. This would provide long-term security for the Australian Open event Administration and Media building, creating a new northern face that will be seen by tens of thousands of rail travellers.

With approximate area of 8,700sqm, the building was part of a $700 million redevelopment of Melbourne Park, which included full renovations to Rod Laver Arena by Cox Architecture and a footbridge over Batman Avenue designed by John Wardle Architects and NADAAA in collaboration.
